Audio-visual: Film, Photo & Music
My minor has been in Arts & Media Sciences, reflecting my interest in the audio-visual arts. While I am not a movie-maker (despite the often attested similarity to a famous director), I am interested how movies work and how they are perceived. Further, I am an amateur photographer, since 2003 working with a digital SLR camera. Finally, I am very interested in music and have sung in several choirs. Photography
Ever since working for a local newspaper (Suedkurier), I have been interested in photography. I am doing more serious landscape photography since a photo workshop in 2008 and the purchase of a full-format sensor SLR (Canon 5D). A selection of pictures can be found on my flickr account. Since a while, I started doing aerial photography with the help of a DJI Phantom 3 flying camera. Below a sight of Leipzig Rosental from an above-ground altitude of 50 m. |
